Please note that our products are printed on-demand. That means when you purchase a t-shirt or hat we print it and ship it. So please make sure that your size is correct. As we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges.
Any returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Limited Edition Items, clearance items, discontinued item sales, and custom orders may not be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Nor will we pay shipping on returns of exchanges
We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
All returned items MUST be unwashed, and unworn.
